To qualify for our apartment homes at Sotol Riverside, all applicants need to meet the standard rental requirements and not exceed the rent limits per the respective number of person(s) living in the home. Please see the qualifications tab below for more information.
Steps TO APPLY:
In order to ensure that all applicants are appropriately and fairly selected for the next available unit, please follow the steps to apply below.

We have limited availability of affordable housing units, only completed and signed applications that fall within the income limits of the program will be processed in the order they are received. If the unit is not available, the application will automatically get added to the waitlist.
